About the firm
From Wall Street desks to Puerto Rico closings
Capital Realty Advisors of Puerto Rico was founded on a simple observation: relocating under Act 60 is not one decision but three — a tax strategy, a real estate purchase, and a compliance obligation — and most families are forced to manage them through three separate providers.
Our principal spent fourteen years on Wall Street, at Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney, advising private clients on portfolios, concentrated positions, and the liquidity events that so often prompt a move like this one.
For more than twenty-five years he has held real estate broker licenses in New York, Florida, and Puerto Rico — closing on both sides of the bridge, and for the last decade concentrating on the island communities Act 60 families choose most: Dorado, Condado, Palmas del Mar, and Rincón.
We are deliberately boutique. A small number of engagements at a time, coordinated personally with your CPA and attorney, so the decree, the home, and the compliance calendar move as one file — not three.
