Who we are

This site is operated by Capital Realty Advisors of Puerto Rico, LLC, a licensed Puerto Rico real estate brokerage providing Act 60 relocation advisory and brokerage services.

What we collect

When you take the qualification quiz we collect the answers you provide — such as state of residence, income profile, timelines, and budget — together with your name, email, phone, and, where present, campaign tags from the link that brought you here. We do not ask for, and you should never submit, Social Security numbers or account numbers.

How we use it

Your information is used to score your quiz, send you your results, and follow up about your potential engagement. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When we share

We share information only with service providers that operate this site on our behalf — hosting, database, email delivery, and scheduling — and when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep intake information while it remains relevant to a current or potential engagement. Write to ricky@capitalrealtyadvisorspr.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion.
